Preparation, such as taking out your old kitchen, checking plumbing, checking gas, checking electricity and checking the plastering of your existing walls, should take place a few days prior to fitting your new kitchen.

You will need a tradesman to help you with more difficult tasks such as moving walls, electrical, plumbing and gas fittings.

What sort of quality can I expect?
As you may be aware, there are many different ways of making kitchens, we use the best available materials and the best practices in producing your kitchen.

How long does it take to install my new kitchen?
In general terms it takes 1 – 2 days to assemble a kitchen and 1 – 2 days to install it.

What colours can I have?
We produce white texture, a range of solid textures, timber grains and a Classic White gloss thermowrap door (Australian made with 7 year manufacturers warranty)

When do I pull out my old kitchen?
It is also a good idea to wait for your order confirmation before you start pulling out your old kitchen.  You also need to assemble your new kitchen before you pull the old one out, this can help you to determine any future problems.

Can I use my old appliances?
New appliances are recommended. New kitchen - new appliances.

How do I measure my kitchen?
Measure wall to wall and allow for windows and doors.  Go to the Planning page and click on Installation tips, this page gives you simple instructions on how to measure your kitchen.

Do I need to be a tradesman?
No, we have spent a lot of time and money developing the best system for D.I.Y'ers. All our kitchens come with clear drawings and simple instructions.

Do I need other tradesmen?
Yes, you must use a licensed plumber and electrician (appliance disconnect - reconnect) and a builder for any structural work i.e. removing walls.

How do I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Visa or direct payment to our account.
